Our Strength and Stretch class offers a gentle yet effective workout designed to build muscle strength while enhancing flexibility. Each session combines exercises that challenge your muscles—such as light resistance training—with guided stretching routines to improve mobility and relieve tension.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve posture, prevent injuries, and feel both stronger and more relaxed. No prior experience is needed, as every program can be tailored to suit individual needs.
