How long we keep information
 

As a registered charity, we are required to retain information about service usage for monitoring and local authority reporting. We currently hold data on a 5-year rolling basis. If a client does not use our service after this timeframe, we will anonymise your personal information so that whilst we retain service usage information, we do not have any link back to the client.
