We offer two sessions every Wednesday—one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Classes are conducted in a relaxed and friendly environment, tailored to move at a gentle pace. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, we cater to all abilities. Come along and join us!
