Complaints
Are a very good way for the NHS to learn how to improve services. Manchester Primary Care Trust's complaints manager can help if you want to complain about a service which the PCT directly provides, such as health visiting, district nursing, occupational therapy, podiatry and community alcohol services. You can also contact the complaints manager for advice on how to complain about your doctor, dentist, local pharmacy or optician.
To make a complaint, please contact Lynn Yates, Complaints Lead Officer, Manchester Primary Care Trust Mauldeth House, Mauldeth Road West, Manchester M21 7RL
